On Sunday 6th October I am running a 10 km race at Blenheim Palace for the British Heart Foundation with a few people from work. There are a few of us who have taken up running recently in an effort to get fit or lose weight (or both) and so to give us something to aim for we decided to do a race, and the bonus is we get to raise money for a good cause as well.
